Excellent adhesiveness makes the tape stick, at the same time it can be removed easily without leaving any trace.
Created in 2017 by psychotherapists Antti Ervasti and Elina Rehmonen together with awarded illustrator and graphic designer Matti Pikkujämsä. CupOfTherapy is a small dose of encouragement, comfort, and hope. A moment to connect around the universal mental well-being themes touching us all. The works are created as a result of the psychotherapist Antti Ervasti’s and illustrator Matti Pikkujämsä’s deep conversations and feelings, being an essential part of their lifestyle to make mental health visible. Pikkujämsä’s empathetic animal illustrations, combined with Ervasti’s expertise in mental health challenges, create understanding, hope, and a sense of security – none of us are alone at the crossroads of our lives.
