Weaver’s loom Rayher 40cm

Create wonderful weaving works with this small weaver´s loom. Weaving is an ancient art which is by no means as difficult to learn as it may look at first sight and this set containes all you need to weave. You can create single-coloured scarf, or striped pattern, placing differently coloured wool on the shuttles and changing the shuttles after every 3 or 5 cm. You can also weave a striped pattern by using thick and thin wool. Bear in mind that the ready woven fabric shrinks, in other words it becomes shorter. Also do not knot the threads, let them hang on the side in order to push them in afterwards. Knots do not improve the appearance of the work and keep slipping through to the surface. Once you have acquired a certain amount of practice, you will be able to weave very different patterns, invented by you! Enjoy this soothing and creative craft technique!
